If you hold your mouse cursor over the "URL" button on the far right of the line of buttons, instructions will pop up about how to insert a link. The html format goes like this:
This is a link
Put in the appropriate web address, and in place of "this is a link", type whatever text you want to show up as linked. Feel free to play around with it a bit. If it doesn't work you can always delete your post and start over.
