I have been here 16 months, and since I live in the country, I don't know a lot about what goes on or exists in town.

I am anxious to get acquaited with people and to do things in the community.

I know when my family and I moved to the area about ten years ago we were greeted by a community "welcome wagon" or some such organization. That lady and her family ended up becoming great family friends of ours. I don't know if this organization, or others like it, still exist, but I'll try to find out!
