Jewel Crafters

Attempting to work with Jewel Crafters was not a good experience. The piece of jewelry I had made was not acceptable. It was a month past when it was promised to be done. The piece was damaged and the stone fell out the first day I had it. There were tool marks on the metal and the stone is turning white where it is separating. This wasn't a cheap experience. When I attempted to talk with the owner he never called me back. I tried several times. I met someone in the store one day that had the same complaints. She just wanted her jewelry back so she could take it somewhere else to be repaired. Beware and go somewhere else!
